SK Hynix admits some of its DRAM transported with problems

The world’s second-major memory producer, SK Hynix, has admitted to reports that some of its delivered DRAM parts experienced production flaws.

South Korean newswire Yonhap has reported on rumors that claim that about 240,000 DRAM SK Hynix wafers are faulty – a sizable chunk of SK Hynix’s month to month production run, centered on the company’s official estimates.
