Salesforce has confirmed its multi-billion acquisition of Slack has officially wrapped up.
The Customer Marriage Administration (CRM) giant verified the news in a press release, wherever it claimed the mixture of Salesforce and Slack is “generating the organization running procedure for the new world of work”.
News of a feasible acquisition to start with broke in December 2020, when Salesforce entered a definitive arrangement to receive the communications and collaboration platform for about $27.7 billion.
In the announcement, Salesforce claimed Slack will stay in a placement to “accelerate and extend” its mission to make do the job life easier, additional pleasant, and much more productive.
